We are currently recruiting a COO/CFO for an entrepreneurial venture in India with a tremendous wealth creation potential in the real estate sector. We are seeking a senior operationally-oriented executive, capable of interfacing with the global investment community (Private Equity, Institutional Investors, Investment bankers, Analysts, etc.) as well as structuring and negotiating business deals of commercial significance (Partnerships, Alliances, Joint Ventures, etc). Additionally, any experience in IPOs will be highly valued as the venture is seeking an AIM listing in the future. The role will be based in South India and report directly to the Founder/CEO.

The Company targets investments in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and diagnostic sectors, as well as in other areas utilizing medical technology innovation. Enterprises developing therapeutic products for life threatening or costly, chronic conditions represent areas of particular interest. Our client is seeking to add senior investment capability in life sciences technology, preferably on the East Coast. He/She will be expected to source deals, sit on Boards, develop the organization, help finance investee companies and, in certain instances, assist in managing these businesses, perhaps as interim CEO. The ideal candidate will be talented and engaging with either a healthcare-oriented investment or consulting background or industry experience in general management, marketing, business development, or potentially research or clinical development, could succeed in this role. The successful individual will have a strong education to parallel this experience, particularly a PhD and/or MBA.

The ideal candidate will possess significant investing or commercial/consulting experience, particularly within the Healthcare industry. The successful individual will have a strong education to parallel this experience, particularly a PhD, MD and/or MBA.
