Compensation and Entrepreneurship Reports

These compensation reports are produced as the result of a collaboration between service professionals at J. Robert Scott, WilmerHale, and Ernst & Young LLP, and in association with academics from the Harvard Business School. Our inspiration for creating these surveys of private company executive compensation emerged from a desire to respond to our clients' needs for tools to assist them in critical decision-making regarding attracting, rewarding, and retaining key talent. Our objective is to provide fundamental information and a useful analytic framework to evaluate and respond to the compensation dynamics of the senior executive team.
